Prescription and Refill Policy
Refill request can only be done for established patients. If you have not established care with A New Day Clinic, please contact us to make an appointment and we will gladly discuss your current health issues at an in-person appointment. Please make sure that you have all of your new prescriptions and refill requests ready at time of appointment. Due to high demand, all refill requests must be placed within a week prior to needing the prescription refill.
Cancellation/ No Show
Please make every effort to attend your appointment as not showing up for an appointment may prevent another patient from being seen in that spot A No Show Fee of $25 will be charged a non-cancellation of an appointment.
Late Fees
If a patient arrives 15 minutes past their scheduled time without notification, we will have to reschedule the appointment or work them into the schedule at a later time that day. If a patient arrives over 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without prior notice we will consider the patient a No Show.
Account balances
We require that patients with self-pay balances pay their account balances to zero (0) prior to receiving further services by our practice. Patients who have questions about their bills or who would like to discuss a payment plan option may call and ask to speak to a business office representative with whom they can review their account and concerns.
